When EXACTLY do I get a SJ radar?
 

Hey fellas,

I'm lost with the hydrophone, I want bigger detection range, and I want to see the convoy pattern soonest, so I wonder when exactly do I get the radar? What are its ranges in metric system? and are the knobs correct when it comes to ranges? What are its upgrades?

I'm playing stock 1.3 + PE, 1942, February, USS Triton, A Tambor-class sub.

Please advise

You must be mistaken, Mack Larkin (my character :D) is commanding the USS Triton just now, and she's equipped with SJ Surface Detection Radar and Improved SD Radar!!

She sailed for her first patrol from Fremantle in June 1942 with both Radar sets operational :)

woot!?!! YOU must be mistaken, unless the Navy decided to have two boats, in that case mine is USS Triton-1 and yours whatever haha :har:

:shifty: Seriously though, I think ver 1.3 has all the bugs I can dream of, but for a working stud-imeter, and a perfect attack everytime, I'll take my chances with the hydrophone till I get the radars on your boat.
