Must be the same glorious earthquake weapon Hugo Chavez claims the US was aiming at him, but accidentally hit Hati with instead.

Well now, he's been making these claims for at least 10 years. And last time he also threatened to, ahem, have a platoon of Russian troops "service" Condoleeza Rice. If you know what I mean :doh:

Ah, memories. I spent a short time in the army and remember vividly the lecture where I heard of this guy for the first time. There was this officer who seemed to genuinely believe, that Zhirinovsky is a proof that Russia is going to attack Finland right tomorrow and that everyone in Russian politics is just like him. Or if he didn't believe it, then he should have quit his job in the army and seek new one in a theatre.

I can't remember when I have laughed as much as when I got my first leave and dug up some more information of this man. The memory still makes me chuckle.
