Well my friends looks like we again face another doomsday. According to this guy, we are all going to die in a massive earthquake. Looks like 2012 decided to show up early. Well, you all may not have known me long, but I would just like to say I love each and every one of you.....yes, even you Bernard.

This theory is based on a complex biblical mathematical process. - alot of big words in that sentence.

Now far be it from me to spit in another man's cup (i made that up, cool no?) but I'm 98.7% sure that this theory, like all the ones before it, will be proven false. Doesn't hurt to be prepared though, So I am writing you in my reinforced underground bunker next to President Obama with 3 years supply of food so......so long suckers!

Wish I could say the same, but since the world is coming to an end and just in case there is a heaven, I'll not lie and just say I'll miss some subsimmers more than others.

I just hope that when the big one comes I'll be sitting right on top of the epicenter, or if it's a nuke ending that the first one lands right in my lap. The end doesn't scare me as much as the thought of having to survive in the aftermath.

Note to self: Get laid on the 20th just in case he's right......

It better not end on the 21st! Not before the Indy 500! :timeout:

If I had a dollar for every "End is Near" doomsday prediction I've lived through, I'd be quite well off. The most memorable one was in the late 50's when I was a child growing up in San Francisco; someone came up with a doomsday prediction and it even got significant press coverage. One of the local papers had a big headline "World Ends Today!" on the morning edition of the "doomsday". The next morning the headline was something along the line of "World Fails To End!" I'm rather sure I'll be posting on May 22 as I am also rather sure I'll see Christmas in 2012.

Well one of these days, one of these nutters will be right. Only a matter of time. :D

So, if the world is ending on May 21st that must mean "Duke Nukem Forever" is slated to be released on the 22nd. :yep: It all makes sense now.

So I was right to remain in denial about Duke Nukem Forever after all. Yup, all settled, it's never coming out! :O:

Considering most people die by the time they reach 70 or 80 everybody's end is actually near. In case you haven't realized, people don't live that long. :DL

Let me see by the time you reach 20 you haven't even begun to realize what life is about or have any clue of what it is about
By the time you reach 30, you are too preoccupied with career and family that you forgot to live.
By the time you reach 40, you're beginning to realize what life is supposed to be and not entirely lost but still too little time to take time with your life
By the time you reach 50, you begin to think about pension, either apathetic to life or numb, and start to really appreciate what time you have.
By the time you reach 60, life begins to open up its possibility thanks to a lot of free time but then you realize you're too old to do the things you want or wish.
By the time you reach 70, you begin to forget what life is all about and live only to pass the time.
By the time you reach 80, you forget even yourself due to disease.

So people live their life from their 50s to 60s. That's about 20 years. At other times we are either too dumb to appreciate life that we take for granted or too preoccupied to make a living. Frankly, many people are not the master of their own life, that is to do what you WANT to do. So my hat is off to those people who decided from their young life to chase after their dream so they won't waste their life chasing after the society's or someone else's dream.

Guess I better get into shape. World ain't gonna last forever.

We are doomed if we cannot stop making the same stupid mistakes over and over again. The inability or the refusal to learn from the failure of every single prophecy of doomsday throughout history makes the story go beyond laughter-inducing, to downright depressing.
