Most likely a administration cock up. Question is are they going to correct it now?

It is possible they are highly experienced experts in the medical field etc. with a definite requirement for transportation.

I do agree the points tallies are overly excessive though and if they are so dependent on transport why can't they hire a driver on what they would usually have regarding a large salary?
