[REQ]How to change the conning tower upgrade date?
 

Sorry for my bad English, I've checked UpgradePacks.upc and the UnitPartsXXX.upc, there is nothing about the upgrade dates of conning tower, so could somebody please tell me where is it?

PS: I've used GoblinEditor to take a look in data\Objects\Guns, obviously there's a twin 37mm flak gun called "37mmTSA", haven't found other information, some one know how to make that gun available? thanks
