downloading mods to jsgme
 

i am really having trouble here i downloaded the jsgme to try to add mods to sh4 but everytime i download a file from this room i get the following message:windows can not open this filw i will attach it to this post can someone please take the time to tell me step by step how to get this to work i have a toshiba satellite laptop with windows 7

Download this program: www.7zip.com. It will open all compressed files. You can then move the regular folders into JSGME.

Once you have done that I'll gladly show you how to activate them.
