What that does is change the parameters of the submarine ska is old but it served me through if there is a newer editor let me know.
(my English is very limite)

No, there was a program called SH3 Inspector, but most posts referring to it are 2-3 years old and I've never seen a working download link.

I wonder if it was superceded by S3ditor. :hmmm:
