I am pretty sure he is asking if anyone can create a mod which causes the conning tower to be illuminated by lightening during storms.

Ok gente lo publico es español ya ya que mi ingles es pésimo jaja yo quería saber si hay algún mod que en clima de tormenta el relámpago se refleje en la torre del sub lo tiene el super mod de NYG pero es malo se traba el simulador estoy intentando usar esas combinaciones, para lograr el efecto deseado en mi mod MEG deluxe que lo recomiendo es liviano carga rapipido y sus efectos son muy bien logrados si obtengo la forma de obtener lo que busco la subo para todos...

Then the simple answer would be 'No...not atm' because the shaders and textures in the SH3 game engine are old and not up to todays game engine standards.

atm means "at this moment" or "at this time" I think.
Of interest, "shadows" are an unfinished portion of the game. They can be enabled, but apparently they don't work if you do this. |
Still, he was asking if you can get lightning to reflect off the hull, that would be even harder to implement I think..
