Water effects mod??
Can anyone give me the link to the water effects mod that has water spill out of your front end "holes" as you ride through the waves?? I can't seem to find it even in search.

Here's a screen showing it in action:

Besides the link in my previous post you can use this:

Ahh thank you both! Isnt there also a mod that adds more realistic smoke to ships??

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1490 I must say that I haven't tested. |
This mod from DarkWraith or Racerboy (don't know who really made it) basically puts sh4 effects (smoke, fire, explosions) in sh3. I personally like the smoke in it better than Sober's smoke. Plus the explosions look really cool. I'll see if I can find some screens somewhere on my computer. But here's the link:

Nope. The mod I'm talking about is focused on animations (explosions, fire, smoke) and sound.
You probably mean TorpedoDamageFinal V2.0. It's basically just some .tga pictures that are projected on ship hulls when you hit them with a torpedo. A simple mod, but it looks quite good; here it is: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...do=file&id=962 Both mods can be enabled through Jsgme. TorpedoDamageFinal V2.0 shouldn't conflict with anything. With sh4damageforGWX I'm not so sure. That depends on any other mods you might have installed. If you already have a smoke or fire animation mod enabled, disable those first. I have had some mod compatability problems, but never with this mod, so it'll probably work for you too. :salute: |
