Where to find mods?

I'm trying to find following mods (updates) and links to download them from:
FX_Update_0_0_15_BARF_1_3_Full_Fix
FX_Update_0_0_15_UHS_Fix

Is it possible to list the most common mods/updates with
working links to download from? A lot of threads talking about the mods but not that many good links.
