Contacted ubi and got my problem fixed

I had to call them twice ,gave them my key and they in return gave me my username and i had to reset my password.Tried for a hour to login with no luck ,Then racked my brain and tried about 10 passwords i sometimes use and struck the right one.So i am now back to blow the **** outta something.
