On the page count (30 or 31 depending of source):

Quote:

Printing presses require page counts in multiples of four, eight or sixteen depending on the type of run.

Prime numbers, such as 31 are an impossible feat for a magazine page composition.
:hmmm:

Afaik Inspire is spread around mostly as a .pdf version, so page count doesn't matter that much. Oh, and the most recent issue is 70 pages.
