QUESTION ABOUT THE AIRCRAFT'S .CFG FILE

As you know in the aircraft's.CFG file there are the various loadouts that a certain aircraft can carry.I know how the various strings of these kind of files works and what they affect in the game but there's still one string of which,for me,the exact behaviour/effect in the game it's still a little bit "obscure".
The "obscure" string is the one that indicates the type of the bomb used by the aircarft.
Example(taken from the ALBS_PBYCatalina.CFG file):

[Unit]
ClassName=LBSPBYCatalina
UnitType=304
MaxSpeed=190.000000
MinSpeed=60.000000
MaxRadius=950
Length=19.5
Width=31.7
RenownAwarded=70

[Loadout 1]
Name=6xDepth Charge
Type=5 ------------------>

[Loadout 2]
Name=8x250Kg Bombs
Type=2 ------------------->

[Loadout 3]
Name=4x500Kg Bombs
Type=3 ------------------->

What the strings marked with arrows affects in the game?what do they indicate?(I know that they indicates the type of the bomb but what is,for example,the difference between a type 2 and a type 3?)
In addition I suspect that somewhere in the game's main folder there's a file(or part of a file) that indicates to what correspond the various types but I haven't still located it...Do you know where I can find it?(if possible).

These are the various types I'm been able to find related to the type of bombs(GWX 3.0):
-Type 1= 100 Kg Bomb
-Type 2= 250 Kg Bomb/450 Kg Bomb/100 Kg Bomb/500 Kg Bomb
-Type 3= 500 Kg Bomb/100 Kg Bomb/Depth Charge/250 Kg Bomb
-Type 4= Torpedo
-Type 5= Depth Charge

Why,for example,the 500 Kg bomb sometimes is marked as a type 2 and sometimes as type 3 ?

Any help,infos,indications about it that you can give will be very appreciated so thanks in advance to all the ones that will reply to this post.
Best regards to all,Viktor :salute:

Ask Mr. jimbuna he has knowledge of the area :yep:

The number is a direct reference to what ordnance the game will choose....each weapons has a specific id the game engine will comply with.
