What are some good 'crew uniform mods' out there?
 

Looking for some good crew uniform mods, mostly for POS (sailors), as I have Fubar's grey leather officer uniforms and its great.

Is there a mod that makes all your crew wear the grey leather oil skins typical of uboat crew?

One of Rapt0r's uniform mods will put the whole watch crew in grey leather.

Rapt0r's Uniforms V2.0 - has options for black or grey leather uniforms IIRC.

I don't know about the whole crew but maybe if you're using the mod anyway it's possible to sub in the same .tga files for the rest of the crew uniforms as well? I've never tried it since I like to have the guys who always stay in the boat in the flannel shirts and whatnot.

Do you know of any mods that add helmets / caps on crew?
Only very few crew have their head covered, like 1 in 10.

I don't know about hats and helmets, though, but I think it would be possible. There's probably something out there or it can be done by mixing and matching files from various sources? I haven't tried it or looked for anything along those lines.

I really like his crew with their typical bummy look. After days at sea the ordinary shirts, sweaters come out etc. I also like the voice command.

As previous replies have already mentioned you can mix and match from various mods to get the look you want.
I would really like to get one that features the Pudelmütze hat.
