DXTBMP is also useful for modifying .dds and it's alpha channel. Very intuitive.

I belive i used a Nivida dds program, with Photoshop when i made the screens for my loading screens mod.

Nvidia stuff won't work on a 64 bit system.
:nope:
You can add it to the 32 bit version that gets installed if you want but it's shakey as all getout!

Plus, why install the 64 bit AND the 32 bit versions?
I mean WTH?

I think I'll write a version of my exporter that only works half arsed
in both 64 and 32 bit.
That way I cover all the bases for complaints.

the nVidia dds plug-in does work on 64bit systems. I run Win7 64bit. You just have to setup Photoshop differently. You have to install the 64bit and 32bit versions of photoshop. Then you have to edit the registry to point everything to the 32bit version of photoshop. Then you can install the nVidia dds plug-in. It's not shaky either - works perfectly for me

I use the Nvidia plugin with Win 7/64 bit OS and Paint Shop Pro X3.
