RWR question please...

Hi all.
If i change uboot sensors...for example...from IRAI mod...i never detect radar signals.
Only, if i use stock uboot sensors it works but...i have a problem...
First, i detect signals, i wait, and nothing. i detect a second signal, i wait minutes, hours and days, but anyone attack me.
So i detect radar signals but nobody detect me, and no attack.
Have you got this problem???
Can i fix this with any mod???

Please...
Only tell me one thing...
Has got all enemy ships (scorts, cruisers, etc) radar equipped???
Or only have radar some of them????
Do you always detect radar signals when enemy is closing, or only sometimes???

Please, this is important for me...
