i need help in mission u505 ( which primary goal is sinking the USS guadalcanal )

i already destroyed all ship but never got the Guadalcanal :damn:

any hints ?

IIRC it starts abot NNW of you and is heading south.

Nope...the starting position is SSW of U-505....I'll come back after a quick look-see.

Well, maybe if you had asked that in the first place?


But if the Guadalcanal is your target, why are you attacking other ships?

Okay....the screenshot below shows your intended prey approx. 4000 metres SSW of you and I have pointed out it's intended course for the duration of the patrol.

The screenshot below is magnified (see the scale at bootom left) and shows in more detail the waypoint settings for you and your prey.

I'm confident you can now plot an interception course.

Having not played this mission, and so I ask in total ignorance...

Is the weather really bad or something? How can one not find a aircraft carrier 4k away?

Oh come on now....let's not be too harsh...everyone has their own unique level of play/understanding.

I understand... and that's why I'm asking... I was hoping he could give us some information other than "GIVE ME ANSWERS!" so we could refine and correct his problems...

Sorry sir , that was my fault cause i always get USS Escort Carrier and 4 Killer Hunters attacking my Boat from first move , So I wondered if that required from mission to sink that group ( espicailly they all moves in circles and waiting them to move to the taget is really useless )

You only need 3 eels in the stern,or less and then its party time, :woot:
