[REQ] Continue Campaign Button

Requesting a "Continue Campaign Button" like the one in stock SH3. Could someone mod this?

When you clicked on the campaign button there was an option for "continue campaign" "saved campaign" and "new campaign"

I don't like the Load Game button. Too confusing with all the different saves.
