Stuck in office after patrol

I keep finding more and more bugs. I just returned to Freemantle from a war patrol, and now I'm stuck. I'm in the "office" part, as usually seen before you start a new patrol, but I can't do anything. None of the objects highlight, so I can't start a new patrol, upgrade boat equipment, manage crew, nothing.

What happened? How do I fix this?

eta:
Nevermind, I guess it was a temporary bug. When I re-loaded the game, I was able to do stuff again.
