A nice demonstration of how complex the situation between Israel and the Palestinians is and around how many corners you must think in order to do justice to the difficult realites. Washington maybe is aware of what the author says, maybe not - I am not sure. The EU, I am certain by seeing it doing business on the issue, has no clue and instead simplifies it beyond recognition.
