Speaking of frivolous lawsuits....
....Dennis Kucinich is now suing Congress' cafeteria for $150k because he chomped down on an olive pit. This makes me think two things: He has very, very expensive teeth and we can now consider olive pits to be 'dangerous substances'. What the hell?

I was having lunch with my dentist (a very good friend of mine), and got a fragment of olive pit in some olive focaccia—broke my temporary crown.
They gave me a note for a free meal for 2 (food and drink, whatever we wanted). I thought that was just fine (went back and Steve made me a new temp, lol). I could see a bill for a new temp if your dentist charged you, but nothing past that. Typical ambulance-chaser mentality. |
I was really holding out for the Kucinich-Mckinney ticket for 2012.
That's the ticket America needs. :yeah: |

Better keep him away from cherries. And avacados - he could fracture his whole jaw on one of those pits. :haha: |

aka "The Great American Pants Suit" :D |
I love Kucinich, but this is just.....bizarre. Why file a lawsuit on this after 2 and a half years have passed?

I think there should be a 3 day waiting period on the purchase of olive pits.
Silly lawsuit IMO. |

I say we ban olives altogether. Pitted or non-pitted, olives are a threat to our cherished, toothy way of life. :yep:

Have you seen how small that guy is? And his wife?
That olive pit would Pwn him, and He needs all his mojo available to keep her around! |
