Noob - i'm in Kiel and want to dock, but ..
 

.. nothing happens.
This is the very first mission when i am not yet a captain - i sunk three polish freighters with the deck gun and two torpedos, steamed back to Kiel as demanded, and am now at the exact anchor symbol in the harbour.
The Anchor icon at the upper right appears, but only reacts if i say "refit". I can not end the patrol and "dock" - what am i supposed to do ??

Uninstall mods and play vanilla , follow the instructions then when reaching kiel and in base , exit and install mods . You must follow the instructions .

Not really , its just that if you use TDW UI mod you dont get to see the info and follow the steps . Once the tutorial is finished install mods and enjoy the game .

thanks i just thought i did all that was expected from me, sunk the ships, used deck gun and torpedos, dived and surfaced, used the time acceleration etc. etc., talked to some crew members (not really a conversation though lol) and parked the rusty steel tube right over the anchor symbol, at Kiel harbour. The anchor symbol on the upper screen appeared, i clicked on it and then "dock" in the upcoming menu, but nothing happened.
When i clicked "refit" it said "refitted", but that was it. Following the FAQs i repeatedly switched the GUI on and off with Shift-z and again tried the anchor symbol up there, but it did not improve the situation ..

I hope it will work when doing this with the vanilla version :):up:

It says go to the obs scope and sink the ships with the torps .
