Crashes in DW-PLS Help

Hello!

I have the German Version from DW and patched it to 1.04.
Sometimes I had an Error-Message and the Game crashes.
It only appears, when I rise the Periscope, and sometimes when I fire a Torpedo.
All other Stations work fine, only the Subs make the Problems.....
Is there a Solution?I found one, which says, that I should turn of one of my Processors,so I tried it,but the Error was again.
Please help me,I want to play the Game without Errors.
My System:
Win XP/SP3
Intel Core2 Duo E8500 3,17GhZ
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon 4800

Thanks,Thomas!

P.S:Is there someone who can help me to install the Reinforced Alert Mod
Step by Step for the German Version?

Dear Gerd,
I am afraid but seems that your problem is the ATI HD4800: most of these new graphic cards by ATI are not compatible with DW, an old game written to work on old graphic processors.

The best suggestion is to try with an older graphics card, and leave the CPUs as are, with INTEL cores there are no problem at all with DW.

Hope this help.

First,thanks for your fast Reply.:yeah:

I have no old Graphic Card:wah:
Is there anything I can change in the Settings?:hmmm:

Sub Command runs without Problems, except a Screen flickering.
Knows anyonone how to stop this?

Thank you very much for your kind offer (is this correct??),but never change a running System:DL

So I must live with the Crashes.
Thanks again to all.
