Hi all,
New to SH3 but not sub sims (started with Silent Service 2 and Aces of the Deep). Running SH3 on a Macbook Pro with VMWare (XP), so I can't see fog. This forum has been really helpful. Thanks in advance!

I ended my last patrol in July '41. By the time I buy the IXC and upgrade it's September/October. Like I said the IX/1 tower doesn't allow you to purchase a heavy flak even though it says you can. I've reverted back to the default config despite the error because I'd rather have no heavy flak than one that doesn't work. Was hoping to sink more ships with it. Le sigh. Btw, I'm running v.1.4. Is that the latest?

V1.4b (even though the typo states 1.3) is the final patch.

Thanks. I think I have it already because the list of changes in the readme match the list on the web site. Does the menu in-game actually say v1.4b or just v1.4?

Go into the Ubisoft folder in C\ProgramFiles, right click on the SH3 exe and choose Properties, open the Version tab and the figures are there.

1.4.0.1? I'm assuming I don't have it.
