To make the rings of the 'Range and AOB-finder' appear in the attack-periscope just click on the part of the ring that hangs above it.
To use the wheel you can click and drag the middle ring.
If this doesn't work when you click on it, then you probably have "manual targeting" realism option unchecked. Checking it is required for this function of the mod. |
