What goes here???

I'm studying the files in order to make the British TDC mod, and see that there is a spot in the TDC that apparently is designed to display something (A lettering, may be??), but I have never seen anything there. Can someone confirm if that is unused and I can safely overwrite it with the new graphics??

Well if nobody has yet replied I take it that the space was intended to hold something that later was ot added. So I can rework it to my taste :)
