There is a small measure of hilarity in almost every tragedy.

It is still the tragic waste of a life and something that may have been avoided....had he allowed the authorities to intervene, which he clearly didn't.

We've had some heated city council meetings. Lot of homeowners got mad that the city changed their status to allow a commercial building on a corner...old man went in there and attacked them with a baseball bat.
