Rammstein not bad if hard music is one's type

I'm going retro into the late 1990s with the local band called Kla Project. The lyrics are quite poetic even too poetic for most Indonesians. They are rather slow if not a bit mellow music.

I little schmaltzy for my taste (listened to all 3). I actually have a fairly large collection of international music. MOst asian stuff I have is "classical" or "traditional/folk" depending on how you want to pigeon-hole it. The only exception is Indian. I like classical indian music, but I also love filmy music :) . SE asian pop I never got into, though hearing it in the right context is certainly evocative of the months I have spent traveling in SE Asia. :)

I love Japanese traditional too well to a degree. But I can't stand Indian music.
