Karamazovnew: Cant get tdc on scope!! Help

I am trying to get the Karamazovnew TDC working on the periscope on the u-boat campaigns but i just keep getting the normal scope!
Has it downoaded properly? or when in periscope view do i need to press a key to activate it? :damn:
