New Captain on the block!

:) Hi everyone...glad to be here; looking forward to learning about and using all the best mods for my Silent Hunter 5 from the best modders!! I was always fascinated by the U-boat campaign in WWII then back in 1993 I got a chance to go on a sea trial in a Los Angeles class sub and ever since I've been nuts about sub sims. Anyone have a "must have" mods list or suggestions to get the most realistic game experience out of SH5? I'm a novice when it comes to mods but learning fast. Thanks and again, glad to be here.

Well, then you have come to the right place. We've got the best collection of mods and modders on the web. The guys work very hard, and Neal runs a tight ship. I may be biased in saying so, but this place is the best.
