sobers base wave mechanics for SH5 Version 15
Now includes the smaller water drops and streaks .

This mod enhances the waves in SH5 to be
more realistic .
Installation instructions .
Enable your favorite environment mod first .
Then enable the sobers base wave mechanics for SH5 mod next .
The weather reports you recieve are from a weather boat and might
not be accurate for your area .
Wave heights do vary though from 0m/s to 15m/s .

Is this mod necessary with W_Clear 4.9 or did he include it in 4.9. JSGME shows a conflict. with 4.5 it didn't conflict .

Now version 12
