Uploading pics....Help
 

Ahoy,
Could someone give me a quick hint on uploading pics. When the URL box comes up, I'm not exactly sure what URL I'm supposed to type in to upload. (it's been awhile since I did this). If someone could just type me an example as to what the URL is supposed to look like. IE; HTTP//Desktop/SH4 pics, or something like that.
I have the pics on my desktop in a folder.

You have to upload the pics to a website like imageshack or similar. Once you do that it will give you a url to put in for posting on a forum.

Register, upload from your PC then you simply click on the "direct link" beneath your uploaded pic and copy/paste into the "Insert Image" URL box in your subsim thread.

Well, I tried and all I got was the box with the X. I pasted the picture URL from Imageshack several times and just kept getting the box with the X.:damn: I'm pretty sure that this pic is not too big for the site.
Maybe I'll try photobucket as tomoose suggested.

Ahoy tomoose!! That was the ticket! I placed the pics w' photobucket, uploaded to this site and the pics shot right in.
