Photo Recon.
 

March 1 1944 ordered to do a recon mission on Surabya Harbour from Fremantle I entered the port from the west avaoiding the patrols took the photo's and exited the port.Next thing I got was multiple damages, and sub destroyed.Restarted the game and did the mission again but instead of goin in from the West I thougtht I will try from the north at 02:40 I got a report a large convoy left the port I was about 50 miles SW of the Harbour the night was pitch black went to PD as I was about to enter the mouth of the entrance to the harbour the sea was very choppy every thing ok,now am about a mile fom the harbour all's quite doing about 2knts raise my scope and proceeded towards my target took a photo of a schellman tanker and set for home at around 4000 yrds fired a torp at the tanker tunnig time was about 3:58 sec lowered my scope and proceeded out of the harbour heading east.I did sink the Tanker,but got destroyed before I got to Lombark Staights. Am playing FOTS,has anyone done this mission? I doubt a mine took me out,but I can't be sure need help. Thx in advance.
