mission "blockade of germany"

Hi,all .I can't get the mission blocade of germany ,only have 3 missions in the first campaign. Does anyone know why? :gulp:

I am not entirely sure, but i guess you did not finisch what you should have done before. It's to long ago for me to remember what that could be.

Damn was down to only 3 torps and had a bad angle on her. 2 miss and 1 hit. Going to finish her off with my 8.8. Wish me luck.
