[REQ]Include the Mobo+Hydrophone tracker

Hi,all.
Is it possible to include the Mobo and Hydrophone tracker in this sim?
I found a Mobo and Hydrophone tracker yesterday.It was wonderful!!!!
but those program is external program so i need to pause SH3 and run the
task manager then run those programs.i think this problem looses the realism of SH3.So I want someone to create addon that make this REQ come true.
