Accurate Real Navigation?

Hi, I spend few days on forum looking for good real navigation. Can anybody help me to point me a most accurate and widly used RealNav mod?

Please describe what you mean with "Real Navigation"! Celestial navigation by the 'stars'? Or just dead-reckoning?
