Hits Or Sinkings?
 

Heres a Q' and a possible request for a mod.

At the risk of sounding very silly....do you get renown for scoring torpedo hits or just for sinkings.

Ive just been extremely lucky and found a big battle group consisting the Kongo and some heavy cruisers and destroyers.

I fired four fish at about 4500 yds ( think I was getting any closer to that lot!!!??? ) and was jumping up and down with joy when I scored two hits.

Now I know that Id be extremely lucky to sink such a grand ship with two hits but surely Id get huge renown for putting a ship like this out of commission for a few weeks / months while its repaired??

Any comments...?

No points for hits, gotta sink em...Long been discussed, if it could've been modded, would've been done by now.
