32 days

32 days until the mid terms..Barry and Dems are in desperation mode....they know it's coming but are trying to save face, kind of amusing yet sad really.

What do you guys think will be seen as the big upset?

SteamWake 09-30-10 09:36 AM

Upsetting?

Most likely the ranting and raving about yet 'another' political thread.

November should be interesting to say the least.

I turn 24 in november, that will probably be more interesting and fun than the midterms.

I always look forward to Thanksgiving. Stuffing for all!

Gerald 09-30-10 10:13 AM

After 32 days might be "Obama-related" topics reduced, :hmm2:

I doubt it, Vendor. Obama's not even up for re-election. The ranting and raving will continue.

My prediction will be one that I have suspected for some time: The far right 'revolution' is less dynamite and more cherry bomb.

And then Footbaaall  (or hand-egg for you Europeans)

And then more mashed potatoes!

You're right, it sounds likely...

I only hope that what I see and feel that you are wrong in this.

My main hope is the disposal of Reid and Pelosi if those two 'bastions' of the liberal left are dismounted it will be nuclear.

Here is a very telling story of which way the political winds are blowing... like it or not.

Quote:

WASHINGTON (AP) - A deeply unpopular Congress is bolting for the campaign trail without finishing its most basic job - approving a budget for the government year that begins on Friday. Lawmakers also are postponing a major fight over taxes, two embarrassing ethics cases and other political hot potatoes until angry and frustrated voters render their verdict in the Nov. 2 elections.
