Are we sure it sounded like a Coldplay song? Because it could've just sounded like whatever the Coldplay song sounded like to begin with. :O:

I remember way back in 1960, when Kennedy won the election the Democratic headquarters were playing the old standard Happy Days Are Here Again.

It was also FDR's campaign song in 1932. Nothing new under the sun, as the saying goes. :DL
