You read it with an Enigma machine. I suppose you could try to crack it, but I doubt you really want to go to that much effort.

I've lost my links I used to have, but if you google "enigma emulator" or "enigma simulator", you should have plenty to choose from. I've even got one that runs on an old Palm PDA from years ago. |
