Converting SH4 to SH3...
 

How do you do this? I found my favorite cruiser in a Silent Hunter 4 mega-mod, and I would like it in Silent Hunter 3.

Get S3D, study the files, then your good to go.

Which cruiser and from which mod? I same ones convert already very much long ships to SH3!

I would like the La Galissoière class cruiser from this supermod. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1403

If you feel like it, anything French in the mod would be appreciated, since right now there's about 3 french ships available for Silent Hunter 3.

Time look whether I the permission to the conversion receives....

French warships from operation monsun like the Richelieu, the Jean Bart, the Galissoniere, the Adroit and the Vauquelin would be a very good deal for SH3 ;)

Have anyone seen what the La Galissoniere looks like in the supermod? I looked at the model in Silent Editor, and it looks just like a Northampton class cruiser. Could someone with the mod please look and make sure that it is in fact a La Galissoniere?

with S3D, I can say that La Galissonniere is in fact a Northampton class and the Richelieu (the Jean Bart too) is a Strasbourg with AA guns in the back deck. I feel a bit disappointed. :shifty:
