CTD after installing lastest patch
I had started a campaign when the game first came out. I put SH5 on hold until moders came to the rescue. Yesterday I updated my game and when I launched it everything worked fine. When I tried to start a new campaign I got a CTD. I tried multiple times and samething happend ,so I reinstalled SH5 and the updater updated my game and the launcher. I am still having the same problem with the CTD when loading a new campaign.
I want to get this working to see if the mods have improved SH5 like I hope. I had no mods installed when doing the above. Please help |
Does the tutorial work?
I had similar problem, but tutorial worked, but after tutorial part, when entering the "real" mission I always had/have CTD. No legal solution yet, but I'm interested if you are experiencing same kind CTD as I am. :damn: I know this is going to piss some people, but anyway. I'm sure that my problem is related to DRM. Either because my router settings or the DRM malfunctioning. I'm sure because I didn't have any mods installed and I have very reliable internet connection and I usually know my way with computers :D |
Might be the problem

Anyway... my previous question to first post is that. Does tutorial work correctly? Would be nice to have working SH5, but lack of Ubisoft support makes me rely on SH3 + GWX  |
omg it worked! Now I spend the rest of the day moding it :-) TY so much! I had to delete like 5 or 6 of the C++ things

Good news :)
Unfortunately that didn't help me  |

You'll just have to go back and set your options (sound, video) again in the game. :) |
Thanks for the tip :)
