havnt had the pleasure yet. |
I'm not an aficionado, but I've tried some of the big names: Arturo Fuente Hemingway, Rocky Patel Decade, Cohiba Lancero, etc. But I still think the best tasting smoke I had was a Havana Honey. OK, you can stop laughing now!

Anything Macanudo, Punch, Davidoff, Hoya de Monterrey I'm all over. My most favorite is Punch. I enjoyed all the cigars this company makes. However since giving up cigarettes the cigars went right along with them. I did enjoy a good cigar though.

I'm an Arturo Fuente man myself. Yeah, I know it's Dominican and that the aficionados are all snickering right now, but they are a nice smoke. The Short Story is my go-to and I'm sitting on a Forbidden Black Label Opus X for a special occasion.

Look you have something in common with Klinton:haha:. I'll send him(bubba) the link, I'm sure you guys will have a lot to chat about.
...wait, wut? They don't use cigars like that?:o |
Dearest Monica was an expensive humidor if ever i saw one.

I like Macanudos, was ironically introduced by an American friend. They're very mild and easy to smoke, so you run out of them quickly though.
Then I have a nice fat Romeo y Julieta no.3 sitting on my desk, which is pretty up there as far as what I'm willing to spend on a cigar goes. Has been for a couple of month now. Saving it for a good occasion :) I really used to be against any form of smoking including cigars, but since about a year ago I did a 180 on that. Nothing like a good cigar and some cold whiskey for an evening with gentlemen. It's sort of like sitting next to a really good campfire :yeah: |
Pretty fond of El Rey del Mundo Choix Supreme, not that pricey either.
For special moments i like to take a Cohiba Esplendidos, pricey, but worth it :P |
I've smoked a few from Cuba, Nicaragua, Costa Rica etc. etc. 'One' of the good smokes I had the pleasure to lite up was from South Carolina. Didn't know the fellas name. He would hand roll and sell them at the local smoke shop in Mount Pleasant. They were kept in a wicker basket near the door for 2.00 dollars a stick.
Most would look at the basket and turn their nose up at them. Best part of firing up a smoke was the trial and error. I was always amazed at what I found. |
