GWX Gold questions
 

Hi all!

I do have a "clean" install of of SH3(original),patched to 1.4b,or whatever is reqired for GWX Gold.
No mods,but I am able to run the game ****force free:DL

I am currently in the middle of a career,first patrlol.

If I were to delete my current player profile,and all files associated with the current career,would Gwx Gold work?

If so,what files would I have to get rid of to make GWX work.

Hi Chris

You can simply delete your profile from the save games list....the one that has a default 'Player' name.

You can also delete via: C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\GWX\data\cfg\Careers

GWX Gold looks like 8 seperate downloads.
Is it possible to get all in one shot?

One house,one computer,this means time sharing.
Hard enough to find time for gaming as it is,not to mention work...

One of Jim's list is titled 'GWX3_FullSingleInstall.exe.torrent'. That one is a single download, though it might still take some time.

If that won't work for you, there are several of us who will be glad to send you a copy on disc, depending on where you live. :sunny:

There are currently 6 people seeding/sharing it and 4 people downloading it.

It is 1.31GB in size.

I'm unaware of the area you reside in but there has never been a country of request yet that a Grey Wolf has not been able to send a disc to.

I'm averaging 4/5 discs per week for my sins and have sent them as far away as South America so I'm confident someone will be near enough to you if you prefer the disc method.

And of course there's always the plug:

Good luck....but tbh my server is open and I don't have anyone taking it from me :hmmm:

Gave it a trial run with the "happy times" mission for about 20 miutes this morning.

Aside from loooong load times and very slight choppiness,good to go!
