spontaneous lag?
 

Pretty much every time i play Counter strike, or day of defeat, or all other games in multiplayer, i could be just playing and it could be 3 hours of playing fine or 5 minutes, but every time i play it just spontaneously starts to lag. nothing else is on, running, or downloading, and all of a udden my ping climbs to like 500 or 300. its stays at that for like 5 minutes, then goes down again.


any1 have any idea what this is?
