phpbb problem
 

I have become a moderator at a submarine history based forum that was recently a victim of a hacking attack.They do not have their own servers and the owner rectified the problem by returning to a version of the board from 3 months ago.This has meant that many posts and a lot of effort have been lost.However when I look at my own posts all of the missing posts are present.How do we recover them?
