Annoying XO
 
Is there any way to remove the XO icon or maybe place somewhere else? It's annoying when his dialog box takes up a lot of the space on the scopes.:-?

if you're using my UIs mod you can make him and his dialog box disappear and stay hidden.

Yeah I got your mod...how do you make him disappear? I used that little box on the UI to turn it off but everytime I lock on he comes back.

Set the following options to the below:

# is the XO and his dialog box visible on the UZO, attack, and obs scopes views?
# change below to either True or False
XOTDCDialogEnabled = False

# if the XO and his dialog box are disabled, are they allowed to pop up when you lock onto a target?
# change below to either True or False
XOTDCDialogAllowedToPop = False


First one makes him not visible at game start. Second one prevents him from re-appearing when you lock onto a target :cool:

If I wanted to do this manually, can you please advise of the file location for the following entries;
  • XOTDCDialogEnabled =
  • XOTDCDialogAllowedToPop =

I edited the selected lines. but there still no effects.. I cant get rid of the XO.. so sorry I'm so new to subsim and SH series.. :damn::damn:
