Photograph a pizza? Not a chance. Pizzas are for eating, which is what I'm doing right now.

I work in a Pizza shop and chicken on a pizza is one of the most annoying toppings to add right behind ricotta cheese. :stare:

Chicken makes the most mess (most dishes) and takes the longest to prep especially when its a chicken wing pizza.

You must work in a more upscale pizza joint than I did. All of our toppings were frozen, so all you really had to do for prep was sprinkle the stuff on.

Can you deliver a special pizza,

My last pizza was a pepperoni and sliced meatball pizza. The crust was thin and it was great.

You all want to know the secret of a really good pizza?

Coat a pan with olive oil so the heat of the oven basically fries the crust, microwave the peperoni for a few seconds between two paper towels so most of the oil is taken away (makes for crisp peperoni) and finally coat the top of the crust before you add the tomato sauce with a garlic oil sauce (like on a white pizza) covering everything incl. the outside of the crust that way the crust will taste a lot like a garlic bread stick.
