Rel: Destroyers&Corvette sound Mod.

I have realised a sound mod that improves the sound of the Destroyers and Corvette in SilentHunterIII.

I have made the sound fuller and more realistic, less high pitched!
Activate with JGME.

I have also added a new mission.
