Dummy Photo Recon?
 

Okay so I heard a few other people had this problem, and I'm not too sure what to do about it?

I've been asked to take a recon pic of the carrier group in Dailan. Now when I got there there's a few stationary destroyers around, a submarine tender and a taiho carrier thingy. I've tried it a few different times like making sure I'm in close, and taking a whole bunch of photos, and snapping all the ships in the harbour.

Still the mission is not complete. It's driving me loco :damn:

are you locking the target in the observation periscope? Not sure if that's necessary but it's what i always do.

Try snapping a pic of something cruising by if you can, as in, not in the harbor. That's what got me my completion. Good luck.

Yup, I had something like that happen to me a long time ago. I spent about 2 days just getting into the harbor (can't remember which one) and it was loaded with ships. I started trying to take snapshots of everything parked there but nothin' was working. I thought, "What the f@#$!" Then, all of a sudden, this little medium tanker comes cruising by and I figured, oh well, it's worth a shot. As soon as I snapped the first picture, my assignment was completed. I said to myself, "You gotta be kiddin' me."http://freesmileyface.net/smiley/Confused/dazed.gif
